Common Questions From Our Customers


What support do I receive after my machine purchase?
All of our machines come with a lifetime of customer support. That means we will show you how to use any feature or part of your machine during the life of your machine as many times as you need.
ex. Threading the machine, How to sew a buttonhole, Setting tensions, etc.

Where is your store located?
We are located at the Alpine Village Mall on 140 Albert Street, Regina, SK. Our store is on the west side of the street. There are other establishments in the mall, including Classic Buffet, Future Vision, and You Break I Fix.

How do you cut your fabrics?
We are a Canadian store, so we buy and sell our fabrics in metres. Our minimum cut is one-tenth of a metre. Our fat quarters measure approximately 20” by 22”.

How To Create Your Website Login Account

Follow these steps to create your account login:

  1. Go to the website and click the Login link on the far right.
  2. Just below the login area, click Create Account.
  3. Enter your email address, then enter your passwordRe-enter your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character (the best passwords will have at least one capital letter, one number, and at least one non-letter, non-number character, such as !, $, %, etc., and should not be a password you've used in the past).
  4. Click Create Account, then go to your email inbox and click the link provided to activate your account.
  5. You'll be taken to an account activation page on the website; click the Activate Account button, and then log into the account for the first time.
  6. Once you have logged in, you'll be able to see and update your account information(address, phone number, email). See past purchases, and save payment info(not required)


Is there a way to keep track of the fabrics I'm interested in?
-You are able to place all the fabrics you are interested in by adding them to your "Design Wall". Under the "Quantity" boxes.
-Here you can move the fabrics around to give you a better idea of how they will look with one another.

Will you deliver?
-We are happy to deliver anywhere in Regina, SK for free.
  -Check "Local Delivery" under "Shipping Options" in your shopping cart.
    -Deliveries will be made closer to the end of the business day the order is received.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
-We aim to have your order picked, cut, packaged, and ready to ship all in the same day.
      -Please keep an eye our for our call, just in case we have questions for you.
-We use Canada Post to ship out your orders.
-Packages are taken to the post office within 1 business day of your order being "In Process"
-Our aim is to be as quick and inexpensive as possible for our customers.
- With the Canada Post strike we will be using the most inexpensive and speediest currier available. There is no difference in cost to you and for the most part there will be no delay in the time as well. 


Machine Service


How long will it take to service my machine?
-On average you should expect it to take about 1 week to 10 days. We try very hard to give you an accurate date at the time of you dropping off your machine.
     -If your machine requires parts that we need to order it can take 4-6 weeks for them to arrive.

What do I need to bring along with my machine when I bring it in for service?
We ask that you only bring the absolute minimum with your machine:
-Foot control and power cord.
-All-purpose foot. (Zig-zag foot)
-Machine cover.

If you are have a problem with the machine please bring anything extra for us to fix your machine:
        -Presser foot you are using.
        -Sample of how your machine is sewing.
        -Leave your machine threaded.

Please leave at home:
        -Instruction manuals
        -accessory tray (unless required because of what you are sewing.)
        -Stylus
        -Extra needles
        -Extra feet
       


I am having trouble threading my Janome Serger
Here is a very good video on "how to thread" your Janome serger. We would recomend changing the order to:

1) Upper looper
2) Lower Looper
3) Right Needle
4) Left Needle.
